IS IT FREE TO SIGN UP AND CANCEL? Yes, it is completely free to join and cancel! We hate to see you go but you are always welcome to cancel your subscription any time.
CAN I MODIFY, CHANGE, SKIP OR CANCEL A DELIVERY FOR ANY REASON AT ANYTIME?Absolutely! All changes to brand new orders (first delivery) need to be completed by us, though. For help with modifications to your subscription, please contact Naomi for support at email@example.com
HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY SUBSCRIPTION? It's so easy, just log into your account and click "Manage Subscriptions". You can edit your delivery address, update payment information, change product quantity, view your delivery schedule, skip a delivery, add or remove a product from your subscription, cancel and reactivate an order. See instructions below.
CAN I MAKE A ONE-TIME PURCHASE OF ONE PRODUCT AND SUBSCRIBE TO ANOTHER PRODUCT ALL ON THE SAME ORDER? Yes, our system is capable of doing that.
