We make every effort to process your order within one to three business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Standard flat rate shipping is $8.00. Free US standard shipping is available for all orders over $50, exclusive of sales tax and shipping. We do not ship internationally at this time.
We offer to ship via USPS and UPS. Mountain Girl Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked "Delivered" by the carrier.
Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control, including carrier delays as a result of COVID-19.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at The Pretty Thistle, 1784 Churn Creek Rd, Redding, California. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within one to three business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
The in-store pickup hours are 11am - 5pm on Monday - Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

REFUND + RETURN POLICY
We stand behind our products and offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If for any reason, your purchase is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or refund your money (exclusive of shipping). Simply return your merchandise with the original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order.
