Shipping, Returns, Refunds

SHIPPING POLICY 
We make every effort to process your order within one to three business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

Standard flat rate shipping is $8.00. Free US standard shipping is available for all orders over $50, exclusive of sales tax and shipping.

We offer to ship via USPS and UPS. Mountain Girl Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked "Delivered" by the carrier.

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control, including carrier delays as a result of COVID-19.

 

IN-STORE PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local, in-store pickup at The Pretty Thistle Boutique, 1784 Churn Creek Rd, Redding, California. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within one to three business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

The in-store pickup hours are 10am - 6pm on Monday - Saturday and are subject to change. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

CANCELATION POLICY
Should you wish to cancel your order please contact Naomi for support within 24 hours of placing your order naomi@mountaingirlessentials.com 

 

REFUND + RETURN POLICY 30-Day Guarantee
We stand behind our products and offer a 30-day money back guarantee.  If for any reason, your purchase is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or refund your money (exclusive of shipping). Simply return your merchandise with the original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order.

ORDER ERRORS/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Order errors should be brought to the attention of Mountain Girl Essentials within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. Please contact Naomi for support naomi@mountaingirlessentials.com 

We stand behind our quality; defective product may be returned/exchanged/replaced at our expense within 10 days of delivery. If your item is defective or damaged, please contact Naomi to make arrangements for the return, exchange or replacement.  naomi@mountaingirlessentials.com
