Rosemary hydrosol is one of the most popular distillates for hair and scalp care. It boosts hair growth, strengthens hair fibers and gives it a shine. Rosemary hydrosol helps fight dry, flaky scalp by balancing sebum production. It's also useful as a stimulating spritzer for clarity of the mind and skin. It's good for memory and when studying. And wonderful for clearing acne or sluggish skin.
Steam-distilled rosemary from plants grown and harvested on our land. I slow distilled fresh rosemary leaves in a copper alembic still for a high-quality hydrosol. Click here to see the video. The aroma is herbaceous, camphoraceous, with a floral note. The overall effect is sweet and cool.
Store in a cool, dry place. For a cooling mist store in the refrigerator. Use within one year of opening.
Note: Due to COVID-19 many manufacturing resources are being diverted and there is currently an industry wide shortage on clear glass bottles with atomizer tops. Fine mist sprayers are in high demand right now. I am doing my best to provide continuity in packaging but please understand if alternate packaging is used.
My favorite uses for rosemary hydrosol:
Spray onto hair after washing for extra shine and overall health
Tame fly-a-way or frizzy hair, hair styling
Scalp care. Spritz on the scalp and massage it in.
Facial toner. Brightens and clarifies all complexions. Regulates oil production and calms irritations. For normal to oily skin
A great alternative to essential oils, for "gentle aromatherapy". Rosemary is energizing and uplifting and is traditionally known to help mental clarity
