This lavender hydrosol is artisan steam-distilled in a hybrid stainless steel and copper still. Lavandula x intermedia "Grosso" from my own plants grown in Oak Run, California. Grosso is a hybrid of two species of lavender, Lavendula angustifolia and Lavandula latifolia. It has the best traits of each of the parent plants. The aroma is sweet, floral and herbaceous.
