RETURNS + REFUND POLICY


I stand behind my products and offer a 30-day money back guarantee.  I promise to deliver high-quality products. If for any reason, your purchase is not satisfactory, I will gladly replace it or refund your money (exclusive of shipping). Simply return your merchandise with the original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. I'd also love to hear how I can improve, your feedback about your return is welcomed.

To start the process, please send a message to naomi@mountaingirlessentials.com and I'll send you a pre-paid shipping label. Once received by me, I'll process your refund to the credit card or account you used to make the original purchase via the refund process through Shopify within 5 business days.

Please note: I do not accept returns on any Craft Series products or Soap of The Month Club.

ORDER ERRORS/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Order errors should be brought to the attention of Mountain Girl Essentials within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. Please contact Naomi for support naomi@mountaingirlessentials.com 

I stand behind my quality; defective product may be returned/exchanged/replaced at my expense within 10 days of delivery. If your item is defective or damaged, please contact Naomi to make arrangements for the return, exchange or replacement.  naomi@mountaingirlessentials.com
