January is detox season and many people will be on some sort of protocol or cleanse. There are any number of diets out there. Many are thinking about getting more sleep, exercising, supporting their body’s natural detoxification with clean food and clean water. So it’s only natural to think about how we care for our skin.

Ooooohhhh i can hardly wait to see the Jan goodies. My whole month of December was spent fighting covid. I really need detoxing.
