Steam-distilled Cupressus x leylandii (Leyland Cypress) hydrosol from trees grown and harvested in Oak Run, California. I slow distill fresh Cypress boughs in a copper alembic still for a high-quality hydrosol. Click here to learn about the process. Leyland Cypress is very aromatic, with a unique scent profile: Cedar-like with sweet, pugent citrus and spice/black pepper notes.
Store in a cool, dry place. For a cooling mist store in the refrigerator. Use within one year of opening.
Note: Due to COVID-19 many manufacturing resources are being diverted and there is currently an industry wide shortage on clear glass bottles with atomizer tops. Fine mist sprayers are in high demand right now. I am doing my best to provide continuity in packaging but please understand if alternate packaging is used.
How to use:
Mist onto the face and neck after cleansing for a balanced glow. Naturally acidic, hydrosols help to balance the pH of the skin
Mix with facial serum and apply to face for hydration and easy application
Use it to activate dry clay facial masks
Due to its antimicrobial properties, it's a great ingredient in homemade cleaners
Linen, surface or room spray
Use in place of water in a diffuser to clear the air.
A great alternative to essential oils, for "gentle aromatherapy"
