How it works
Gift cards are electronically delivered by email to the email address entered upon checkout and contains instructions to redeem them.

The gift card is in the form of a code, so it can be used by anyone that this email is sent to or forwarded to. Please note that there will not be a physical gift card sent out in the mail.

Can gift cards be used to pay for taxes and shipping? Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

Do gift cards have an expiration date? No.

What happens if my recipient never redeems the card? By California law the gift card is valid until redeemed. 

Can a gift card be used more than once? Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card. 

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code? Yes, gift cards are a form of payment. 

Can I pay for an order that includes a subscription with a gift card? No, gift cards can't be used to pay for orders that include subscription products.

Can gift cards be reloaded? No, you can't reload a gift card.

Can I check my balance? You can't check your own balance, but I can check it for you and send you the information.
